73rd Annual Meeting of the Screven Baptist Association

Tuesday, October 25, 2022
6:00 pm
Summerville Baptist Church
417 Central Ave.
Summerville, SC 29483

Below are the two items that will be presented for a vote at the annual meeting
1. 2023 Budget
2. Screven Baptist Committees Nominations

Please review the attached 2023 proposed budget and committees nominations prior to the meeting as there will be no discussion, only a yes or no vote. If you have ANY questions or concerns about either of these, please contact Tommy Richardson, AMS, or Susan Harris, Ministry Assistant, and we will be glad to address them before the meeting.
The 2023 budget has been approved by the Screven Baptist Administrative Team and the nominations for the committees are in Bold Print. We will vote for the budget with a yes/no and then vote for the Committee Nominations with a yes/no vote. Again, there will be no discussion since we are sending every church in the association this information 3 weeks prior the meeting.

We want to focus our time celebrating what God is doing in and through the churches in the Screven Baptist Association.

Who should attend this meeting?

  • All Pastors

  • 2 messengers from each church (members in good standing, elected by the church)

  • Anyone else that would like to be a guest, but will not be allowed to vote

There will be a meal served so please RSVP by Monday, October 24
